Refund policy

Pre-orders

 

You may cancel your Ona Band pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email orders@onavoice.ai with your order number and we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

After your Ona Band ships

 

You may return your Ona Band within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

 

Damaged or defective units are replaced or refunded in full, including all shipping costs. Contact orders@onavoice.ai.
